Dear followers,
Massive cover posting today again, still lots to post but saving those for later.
Also realized I'm having a short breach between my projects, been pretty busy around here as I'm working on a bunch of stuff including the interiors of "GI Joe vol 3" and "Magic the Gathering: Theros" comics. Hence I was wondering if someone was interested in commissioned work. I'm opening 3 slots and will be taking coloring/line-art/concept art works. Send me a note for prices. (:

SDCC! and Botcon recap

Alright so I've been meaning to write a journal about how awesome BOTCON was but I've been so busy since then I never got actually a moment to breath.
It was really cool to hang out with my fellow artists and co-workers I so rarely have the chance to meet and the fans of course! Everyone was super nice and I was really glad to see that people enjoyed my coloring work on the comics, the commissions I did for them and the prints too (: . I rarely attend conventions at all and it was the first time I got booth so it was a fantastic experience. Some people even colored the commissions I did! Like the one below:
In short, thank you to everyone that showed up at my booth! You rock
Now with SDCC around the corner, I'm looking ahead to have a lot of fun too! I will be there as attendee BUT I will be signing at IDW's booth #2643 on July 18th (Thursday) from 6:00 - 7:00 pm and July 21st (Sunday) from 3:00 - 4:00 pm so feel free to show up and say hi!

Botcon update 2!

sup, guys and gals, here are the current prints by yours truly for Botcon:
aside these, I will be having postcards (with some old art of mine TF related) and doing commissions. if I can squeeze one more original print I will do it but, due to all the unexpected events that happened lately, I can't promise anything.
anyone interested on pre-con artwork from me? I understand some people might only be able to attend Botcon Saturday so let me know and email me to joana.lafuente@gmail.com with subject "Pre con Commission". Head/Bust images only please, they will be inked only. Prices will be the same as during event, pick up and payment on site too.
