Hey!


I just want to wish you a great Christmas or any-other-celebration-you-do-during-this-season!

I'm not a religious person myself but so Christmas to me is just a special party. The streets are pretty colorful and shiny (if it was by me, I'd keep the Christmas tree on the living room all year, I just love it!), the house is warm by the fireplace and family and friends gather together to have some fun!

Of course there are always the presents but what's important is that you get to be with the ones you love and that the best presents are priceless. (;

Some months ago I submitted this artwork:

to Celldweller's art contest. I never heard much from it since then but today I discovered this piece was actually included in Celldweller's album "Wish Upon A Blackstar Chapter 01" artwork pdf!

Yesterday's:

Hey everyone,

As promised I posted the illustrations from the book I was working on called "Histórias da Ajudaris". You can see them here [link] and here [link] . This book was done for charity and it was actually first released yesterday. The reception was amazing. The kids were really happy (: .

Several awesome portuguese fellow artists participated on this book too, like among others, and the result was amazing. Special thanks to the one that invited me and gave this project legs to walk called Paulo Marques from the portuguese comic group Entropia [link] .

And now I gotta go for I got this huge cold from the crazy trip I made yesterday to be at the event where this book was released... I hate when this happens especially when there's work to do but my eyes are killing me...

I just realized the 180k line was crossed! Thanks so much for your support, everyone. For visiting and dropping feedback on my artworks (: I apologize for my absence but work hasn't been lacking and I'm trying to finish my thesis at the same time.

As for some news, on the past week I worked on this charity project to which I contributed with 2 illustrations, one being the cover art. This last one was definitely the art piece I spent more time working on ever so I'm kinda excited about posting it.

On some other news, the workshop announced on my past post didn't come to happen and will eventually be changed to a near future (and very possibly become a lot cheaper than it was). I'll let you know the new schedule once announced.
